Get Ready to Run, Walk, and Make a Difference!

Join us for the Annual Team APMA 5K, where you can enjoy fresh air, get moving, and support an important cause! This year, we’re celebrating 15 years of supporting the APMA Educational Foundation, and we want you to be a part of it.

$20 for Podiatric Medical Students
$40 for All Other Participants

Join us for a run or walk around the stunning Gaylord Texan Resort in Grapevine, TX to support podiatric medical student scholarships. These scholarships empower the next generation of podiatrists and support the future of the podiatric profession. Proceeds from your registration will support student financial aid through the APMA Educational foundation.

Thanks to the generosity of APMA members, friends, and sponsors, the foundation awards more than 225 scholarships annually to eligible third- and fourth- year podiatric medical students at accredited colleges of podiatric medicine, fostering the growth and stability of podiatry.

Since its inception, more than 1,900 runners and walkers have participated in the annual Team APMA 5K event, raising more than $200,000. Help us celebrate this milestone and make a difference.

How the Fun Run Works

Register for the Event
Sign up to run or walk the 5K onsite at the Gaylord Texan Resort during The APMA Annual Scientific Meeting. The first 100 race participants will receive a limited-edition Team APMA 5K race t-shirt.

Arrive Early
Check-in starts 15 minutes before the race. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

Walk, Run, Jog, or Skip
No matter how you participate, the important thing is that you’re supporting the APMA Educational Foundation and the future of podiatry.

Celebrate Your Accomplishment!
After the race, share a picture on social media in your race gear with the hashtag #TeamAPMA.
