Today, ambient listening solutions are available that automatically generate SOAP notes from routine patient-provider conversations with up to 90-percent accuracy. Following provider review, notes are seamlessly added to the patient's chart within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. These integrations streamline workflows, enabling health-care providers to save up to two hours each day, allowing them to focus more on patient care and less on administrative tasks.
