As a reminder, the penalty for failing to meet or exceed the 2025 MIPS performance threshold is up to -9 percent to your 2027 Medicare Part B payments. Members are strongly encouraged to confirm their participation status for the MIPS 2025 Performance Year at www.qpp.cms.gov.
