Have you voted in the 2024 APMA Member Referendum? The 2024 House of Delegates adopted Budgetary Action Item 2-24, which enjoyed broad support from the assembled delegations. It created an updated definition of podiatric medicine and surgery, which would be put forth to the membership as a referendum. The goal of this updated language is to take back the definition of our profession and modernize it to reflect our current education, training, and capabilities. Voting ends September 20! Eligible members should visit www.apma.org/referendum to cast their vote today. If you need more information or have questions about the referendum, check out the FAQ on the referendum page.
