Final Week for 2023 MIPS Adjustments!

This is the last week for 2023 MIPS adjustments that could impact your 2025 Medicare payments.

October 11 at 8 p.m. ET is the deadline to submit the recently reopened Extreme and Uncontrollable Circumstances Hardship exception, solely on the basis of the Change Healthcare cyberattack for Performance Year 2023.

That same deadline also applies to submitting a targeted review for 2023. You should only submit a targeted review request if you believe an error has been made with your 2023 MIPS performance feedback and 2025 MIPS payment adjustment.
