The APMA Students’ and Residents’ Program returns this year with even more helpful information for attendees who are in the early stages of their podiatric medical careers. Presented by the APMA Young Physician Leadership Panel (YPLP) and moderated by Rachel H. Albright, DPM, MPH, this program will cover a variety of relevant topics for students and residents.
“The Students’ and Residents’ Program will give further insight on the transition into the next phase of life post-residency, whether it be a fellowship or straight into practice,” said APMA Young Physician Leadership Panel Member Colin Mizuo, DPM. “Many recent grads are faced with financial burdens that come quickly after residency. This program will also discuss best financial planning practices that you can start now to put you in a better spot for retirement,” Dr. Mizuo says.
The program will wrap up with a hot topics debate surrounding important issues affecting the profession. Join your fellow students and young physicians on Saturday, July 15, at 10:30 a.m. for this exciting program!
The Students’ and Residents’ Program at The National is sponsored by generous grants from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Bako Diagnostics.
